11-01-2016 - ATTORNEYS RECEIVE ADVANCED OWI/DUI TRAINING

Brian Tackett recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on Investigating The Arresting Officer In A DUI Case. Brian received training about the importance of investigating an officer in a DUI Case, why the information obtained can be useful for the defense, how to get an officer's training records, and comparing those with past and current NHTSA manuals, while looking for deficiencies in police action.
12-01-2015 - BRIAN E. TACKETT ELECTED MAYOR OF GLENWOOD

Following the general election on November 3, 2015, and a run-off election on December 1, 2015, our Founding Attorney, Brian E. Tackett, was elected Mayor of Glenwood, Iowa. Brian's experience in running successful businesses and his fiscally responsible campaign platform proved to be what the citizens of Glenwood want and need from their future Mayor. Congratulations Brian on a wonderful and memorable accomplishment!
10-27-2015 - ATTORNEYS ATTEND SPECIAL OWI/DUI DEFENSE TRAINING
On October 23, 2015, our Attorney Team attended and participated in a specialized OWI/DUI Defense training course aimed at ensuring that our Attorneys have the relevant skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win OWI/DUI cases. As a result of this specialized training, our Attorneys were each granted membership into the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys.
06-29-2015 - NEW PRIMARY OFFICE LOCATION
Tackett Law Offices has moved to a new location! Starting June 29, 2015, we have moved our Glenwood Office to a new location at 108 South Locust Street in Glenwood, Iowa. Stop in to the new location to see the new set-up. Although our address has changed, our other contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same.
